My other account got locked by mistake

Like the title states, my premier league account got locked because supposedly I didn’t pay the fee.
I still have the receipt with the indication that I made the payment to the according bank account. I already wrote support via email about this but sadly I didn’t get a response until now.
This didn’t happen to the last time I set up a plus account, and it’d be really frustrating if me and my friends couldn’t play anymore even though we all bought the plus account.
Any help regarding this is greatly appreciated, stay healthy and have a good night guys.
