Incorrecta puntuación / Wrong punctuation

Hola! No sé a quien dirigirme exactamente por lo que espero la ayuda de quien sea responsable de las puntuaciones. Acaban de salir los puntos de la última jornada y me han sido asignados 35 cuando en realidad deberían ser 39. Sé que se me han quitado 3 porque he echado cuentas con las puntuaciones aparecidas en The Sun. ¿¿Hay alguna manera de que se me sumen esos 3?? Gracias.

Hi! I don't really know who to address here. I've got a bit of a problem. I just found out that I'm 3 points down in my weekly punctuation. They've given me 35 instead of 39. I've checked The Sun's official match ratings and that's why I know I have 39. Is there any way to fix it? Hope so. Thanks very much.
