I'm not sure if it's ok when a lot of users report a problem about scoring and NOBODY from admins reply or repair the bug. Customer care???

When will it be solved the problem with points?
There are a lot of players complaining about this failure and nobody cares about it in order to find a solution. I hope that administrators are working to solve this problem.
