Why are there always shitty players on the list?

Why do they put players that are not even in the squad of premier leagues or players that are unavailable till the end on the season ?!!!!

the computer puts the players on the market randomly, we've no influence! Please post, if there's a player on the market that is not active in the Premiership anymore!
