Aboute the auto message answer

i'm playing comunio a long time since '09,the German one, and i'm also a plus member there...
I can't see any reason to be a plus member also in the English one cause the rating systems here are so mes'ed up...i loved to get plus or uptading my league even to pro...but with that kind of problem i don't see why i should...
As we had last year,so we have this year problem and complains about the ratings...
I believe if you make a pole about , wich site should comunio take the rating, you would have an opinion about the players and maybe some of us will consider to make also a upgrade...
The answer you gave to us with auto message is really poor...
I know that i don't have to give advises, but my question is why is there a so big gab between the german and between the english one ..
