Feeling Lost With My Dissertation Progress

I thought I was making decent progress until my supervisor returned my latest chapter with another long list of revisions. Since then, I have been stuck in a cycle of rewriting and second guessing everything. I spend hours reading journal articles, but when it comes to putting my ideas together, I just freeze. Last night I was sitting at my desk feeling frustrated and exhausted when I found myself searching for dissertation help online because I honestly needed some direction and reassurance that I was not completely lost. I know dissertations are supposed to be challenging, but lately it feels like they are taking over my life. Has anyone else gone through this and managed to get back on track?
