I want to write this from a longer term perspective than most reviews and forum posts offer because I think the real test of any technology partner is not how impressive the initial engagement is but how the relationship holds up over time as your requirements evolve and the inevitable complications arise. My two years working with Cloud Innovators Solution has given me enough of that longer term perspective to say something genuinely useful about what sustained engagement with them actually looks like in practice.

The first thing worth saying is that the onboarding experience set a tone that the ongoing relationship has consistently maintained. The discovery phase before any work began was thorough enough to feel almost excessive at the time and turned out in hindsight to be exactly the right investment — the infrastructure decisions made during that initial phase have held up well as my business has grown and evolved in ways that neither I nor the team could fully anticipate at the start. That kind of forward thinking at the architecture level is rarer than it should be in this market and it has saved me from the kind of costly infrastructure rework that I went through with previous providers who optimised for immediate requirements without adequately considering where those requirements were likely to go.
