Score failed

I'm the master of "Industriales-P.Niña" community. There is a member who say this date he has positive account, but his score has been nothing for this date. His name is LuikiRM. Another member has scored but he say he has negative account on saturday, whose name is Kikales.

I'll hope someboy could solve this problem.

I'm the manager in the comunity "Castelldefels Premier League" and we've had the same problem. A member who's name in the comunity is Guillermo (ID "Ginard7) didn't get his points these week.
I hope you can solve this problem as soon as possible.

I've added points for LuikiRM and Ginard7. Unfortunately, we had server problems last saturday, therefore the balance was not saved correct.

Thanks you very much Klausa. Could you check if kikales( a member of my comunity) it was in negative number last saturday?? He scored last date, but I think he was in negative, it's strange.
