transfers not completed

looking positively the tranfers are being accepted but not publically processed-so system not completely cream crackered!?,the timing is difficult for many given the turn of the seasons but my guess is people would be more tolerant and confident if there was a reply /replies daily as to what has happened and how it might be fixed and how soon.
i really appreciate the sophistication of the pl- operation and its normal day -to -day response and miss it when it is not there -but a word about what is happening behind the scenes would be appreciated by many.
