URGENT! ACCOUNTS INCORRECTLY FROZEN IN PRO PLAYER LEAGUE!

Hello Klausa and other mods,

As you know I have paid for the Pro Player upgrade for the Spare Prycks league (ID UK771635). I understood I had paid for an unlimited number of players in the league. There are currently 14 managers in my league, all of which should have been paid for.

Unfortunately two of my managers have had their accounts frozen ("Above the Interim" and "Dogsville Resurrection"). The first is a new manager who joined the league to replace another manager who left, the second has been in the SPARE PRYCKS league for 3 years now, but due to some problems at the transition, he cancelled his old account and rejoined the league with a new account.

Both are technically new accounts, but surely their accounts should not be frozen because I have paid for the Pro Player upgrade?

Could you please unfreeze their accounts as soon as possible as we are in an intensive period of transfer activity!
