One of the players is not getting any point

It happens that one of the players in our community is not getting any point despite he had more than cero GBP las friday morning.

Samething happened to him in the extra matchday (Chelsea VS Aston Villa) he had more than cero GBP in the morning but despite of that he didn´t get any points.

The player's name is "Vilchinson". It would be really great if some moderator checks what could have happened.

Lot of thanks for the assistance. You are right, we thought that the morning in which balance was checked was on friday, as it was in the Spanish league comunio. Very bad for us.

It would be really great for us if you could check his balance on last week Wednesday morning too (extra matchday), as he really thinks that his balance was positive on that morning.
