In my community, it is impossible to make an offer for a player, and also new players haven't appeared today 30th. Players from friday 28th are still on the market, when they usually stay on market for only two days (28th and 29th).

Is it an error in other communities?

I think it´s because of the switch to summer time on sunday night. That confused the system i bit...but I´m not sure.
