Cotisation for a vavel ratings?!?!

I'm sorry for my english, why do you change for vavel?

I paid my dues for a similar game last year, but the new rating system is ridiculous, my community threatened not to participate, and I understand them.
it's been three years since we play on your site, and everything was fine until then. if my players stop we will have to find an other similar site, (fantasy pl for example)
I ask you to pay me my dues since we have not been advised of this change before the payment.
