UNBLOCK PRO ACCOUNTS - WE PAID 2 WEEKS AGO

I have just sent this email to info@comunio.co.uk

I am the administrator for the Ultimate10 league (UK1116635 /marky_haynes@hotmail.com)– I am emailing from my work email….
I have purchased unlimited pro player for my league on the 27th July – see below credit card statement

Can you immediately unlock UK1118282 (Steve Thomson) and Dan Thomson (login: Zxcvbv) and ensure no-one else is blocked from our league as we have paid!!!!

This seems to happen every year…… it’s a joke – can you tell me why?
