Blocked accounts - payment was sent already three weeks ago

Hello,
I have made the joint payment (for plus-player) of all our minileague members already on 20/7. I sent all the payment details, including IDs and User names several times to: info@comunio.co.uk (as required in the instructions) and to: info@pl-manager.co.uk

I have also requested information whether the payment was identified. But I have never received any feedback and now almost all the minileague members are blocked.
