Hello admins,
I have noticed that you guys haven't even bothered to update statuses of injured players or players who have left the league. Half the Hull team is injured but your website shows all of them as being fit. Not just Hull, but for so many other teams, there are injured players - Milner and Sturridge at Liverpool, Paulista and Wilshere in Arsenal, Lingard from ManU, Zouma from Chelsea, Cresswell from West Ham to name a few.
There are players in the league who are not even on your database - Markovic of Liverpool is one such example.
There are also players who have left the league long back and are still listed in the team database and their values are changing everyday- Caulker (Liverpool to QPR), Iturbe (Bournemouth to Roma), Tammy Abraham (Chelsea to Bristol), Joe Dodoo (Leicester to Rangers) and so many more. Is it so difficult to update your own website with data you can find out by googling for 1 minute?
Finally, dear admins, I hope you realise that Plus Players are paying money to have all the features as you promised. 4 other managers in my mini-league have purchased the Plus Player option recently, but they cannot see the graphs for Player values. They have paid for the Plus Player feature more than 2-3 weeks back. Some of them even got the confirmation that their account is activated but they still cannot see all the Plus player features. They have mailed
info@comunio.co.uk and spoken to Klaus, Daniel and god knows who else over 10 times and were promised that everything would be sorted but nothing has been done yet.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Do you guys even care about the Premier League Comunio? If you can't be bothered to fix these simple issues, you shouldn't even promote this league in the first place and trick all of us into paying for your non existent features.
Please fix all these issues ASAP as the Premier League starts this weekend. If it's too difficult, then one of us managers would be more than happy to spend 1 day and fix your broken site. Because that's all it will take. 1 day.
