Hello!

You customer support is appalling. I have emailed you 4 times since early June to ask if I can submit payment for next year via paypal.

NONE HAD THE COURTESY TO ANSWER!

On top of that you have now suspended my account. Could you not have downgraded me!??!?

I have made the payment via paypal and emailed you the details. Can you please rectify the problem ASAP!
